Karan ‘Raman’ Patel and Ankita Bhargava engaged

The young bachelor of TV industry is no more a bachelor.

Karan Patel, better known as Raman Kumar Bhalla of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, got engaged to TV actress Ankita Bhargava last week.

Ankita is the daughter of actor Abhay Bhargava, who plays the role of Karan’s father-in-law in the above show.

The engagement was a private affair with the duo’s family and friends attending it.

Hiten Tejwani and his wife Gauri Pradhan, the cast of ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, including Aly Goni, Sangram Singh and Ankita’s close friend Rishina Kandhari also attended the engagement ceremony.

Karan announced that the wedding will take place on 3 May 2015.
