Bigg Boss 11 is the eleventh season of Indian reality TV series Bigg Boss that will be premiered on Colors TV. Salman Khan will host this season for the seventh time in Bigg Boss history and third time in a row. It premiered on 1 October 2017 Monday to Friday 10:30pm and Saturday to Sunday 9:00pm with the finale set in 2018.
This was the second season of Bigg Boss to appear on Voot, Viacom18’s video-on-demand platform. Like the previous season (Bigg Boss 10), Bigg Boss 11 on Voot offers viewers show extension properties such as Unseen Undekha, Cutless and a new weekend special, Bigg Buzz.[better source needed] For the first time, the voting could only be exclusively done via Voot.[better source needed]
This was the first season of Bigg Boss to be aired on MTV India daily. MTV India also aired MTV Bigg Boss – Extra Dose content starting on 9 October 2017, with content airing in Afternoon Dose segments and Night Dose segments.
Bigg Boss 11 is known for its surprise evictions. Just when there were rumours that Sabyasachi Satpathy is the evicted contestant this week, the latest news brings quite a twist in the tale. In a surprise elimination, Dhinchak Pooja is the one to leave the house.
Sources inform that the elimination took place in the wee hours of Sunday morning (November 5) and around 4 am, Dhinchak Pooja was asked to leave the house. Everyone was expecting Sabyasachi Satpathy’s eviction, but it was Dhinchak Pooja who had to go. This week eight contestants were nominated.
Pooja had entered with a lot of pomp and fanfare. When she came to the house, few contestants didn’t give her a warm welcome. During her stay in the house, she bonded the most with Akash.
